TWO WORLD PREMIERES AT TRANSIT FESTIVAL
Interface debuts at Transit with two world premieres and a cutting-edge program! We’re definitely walking on a Razor’s Edge here, as titles Wieland Hoban’s brand new piece, featuring Interface together with the electric guitar of Nico Couck. Belgian composer Maya Verlaak is for the first time to be heard at Transit too, with a world premiere for sextet. Works by two of today’s most experimental American composers, Ashley Fure and Jason Thorpe Buchanan, complete the program.
