The piece is a study on the attempt of building an identity by a group of young people, whose life is temporarily suspended somewhere between the \u2018real\u2019 and the \u2018virtual\u2019.
\nLIMBO LANDER researches into the suspension state related to the situation of a young ensemble \u2013 a group of people who aim to perform\/live\/think\/make something [music] together. And they all manifestly are heavily subjected to some particular circumstances \u2013 they all have to deal with distance problems [the absence of any city to settle in imposes virtual communication: chat rooms, phone talks; as a consequence, distortion and misunderstandings appear], language discrepancy [everyone comes from a different country, there is no common language to communicate, discourse must go on in a half-blurred way: some words must be displaced through sounds?], tension between the desire to build up something together and the hurtful surrender of part of oneself\u2019s individuality in order to be an ensemble.<\/p>\n
